A extended journey circling the Land Down Under was terminated days after the fatal incident of an elderly lady who was abandoned by the ship on a isolated tropical isle.

"We understand from the authorities that it was a very hot day, and mother became unwell on the hill climb," she revealed.

"Officials suggested her to go back, without accompaniment. Then the vessel left, seemingly without doing a roll call.

"During some point in that sequence, or shortly after, mother died, by herself."

Through an announcement, the Chief Executive confirmed that the company was "working closely with officials to assist their investigation".

He mentioned that the company was "extremely apologetic that this has happened" and had offered its total backing to the loved ones.
